Jump the Fence

Go to L.A in Challenge Mode.  Go to the two tunnels.  Get on top of the tunnel without the telepot.  Place a Remote on the edge.  Get next to it and blow it up.  When you are as high as you'll go press turbo.  Make sure your facing the gate and you can also see the other tunnel.  It is better to have infinite life to do this trick.  It seems confusing but I've done it millions of times.  You can travel anywhere because there are no fences to stop you.  Try it.  It's worth it.

Level Secrets

  Construction Yard - Destroy door on the crane in the middle of the map.  You can control the crane by getting inside and then pressing the X button when a car moves inside the target area.  Make sure to drop them in the fire area. 
    When you come to the area where there are 3 rooftop ramps, choose the very left one and it will take you to a conveyor belt with full health on it.  After going to the other side of the belt, there is an object on the ground that can be blown up, revealing a secret basement.
    
    Neon City - There is a balcony with full health on it, but I can't find out how to get there yet.  All I know is that you can see it if you go on the train tracks.

Neon City Secret - Follow the train tracks up to the 2nd level. On the side that the teleport is on there is a little ramp you take to break the glass for some health and a couple of weapon pickups. In that little room shoot the wall pannel that is ed. Once it blows up there will be a green "Train Icon" Sit on the icon until you get picked up by the hoovering train. It will take you to the secret balcony which has a full health and some good weapon pickups.

   Road Rage - Look for signs that say East Erie.  Follow their pathways until you come to an area where you see a blue glass building that is behind the concrete road side.  You can blast through this to find a full health, and good weapon pickups.
 
   Bedroom - Break the lamp to get lightning, and then make sure that everyone is in middle before you use it.  There are several gasoline bottles that can be destroyed, revealing secret passageways to full health and good weapon pickups.
  
    Amazonia B.C.- Basically try to go from ramp to ramp until you reach a portal that will take you to the top of the ring area.  At the top there is full health, lightning, and other stuff.
     
    Oil Rig - You can destroy the helicopter with an auto lob, or other elevated missle, but I wouldn't suggest doing that.  The helicopter drops off a half-health every couple minutes on the pad, but if you destroy it, you only get power missles and a couple other weaker pickups.
   
    Minions Maze - Everything in this level is at the very top, and the underground basement.  Both are in the middle.
    
    Carnival - To get inside the ghost house, use something to blast the floor in front of the door with.  There is also an initialed stone at the bottom near the roller coaster with a breakaway floor that takes you through a narrow passageway filled with gravestones.  The full health is on the roller coaster, and to get the lightning, turbo off the coaster onto the big top tent.  The best way to kill Sweet Tooth on this level, is to get the proximity mine pickups, and force him to follow you through the ghost house and onto the roller coaster.  Don't try to face him close up, because his special will tear you up.
     
     I was kind of disappointed that there were no new innovative ideas like the crane after the first level, unless I just missed something.  Please list any level secrets you have found.

Secret rooms

In Road Rage when you see the tunnel that has the arrows on it and slopes down shoot the wall the the left of it and it will have a small road and a few weapons like lightening.

In Amazonia B.C. there is a secret room to the left of the thing that shoots you up on the land.  It is on the lower part on the side that has the little lands that you use to get to the portal.

Hints

Junkyard: when you pick somebody up with the crane drop them it the metal bars when they are inside the bars catch them then their health will keep going down until they die!

Neon city: This isn't a cheat but I know how to reach the balcony, alls you got to do is ramp to the room where the health is then turn to a wall with in it, and keep it untill it breaks there should be a floating green thing that looks like that craft flying above the city go inside it and wait then that craft will pick you up and take you to the balcony. Or you can try it the hard way and jump up to the balcony I've done that before.

Amazona B.C.: well I've found a really secret underground tunnel well fall down the , where the ground looks like ice. I can't tell the exact direction to the path but look for down there then blow the wall up or slam into the wall and if you found it you should see through the wall like x-ray vision if you don't want to die I'd use invincibility
